Our legendary book club with a twist – the twist being that the books we read are proof copies of titles about to be published. Everyone reads something different, so there’s no pressure to finish the book. Of course, it wouldn’t be Proof Pudding Club without the pudding – which is included in the price of your ticket. Spaced are limited and must be booked in-store in Frome.

Our more traditional book club. There is a choice of two titles each month. You can read either one (or both if you like!). There’s no charge for coming; simply buy the title(s) from us and you get 10% off. There's no need to book, just turn up on the night.
BYOB (Bring your Own Book Cub)
First Tuesday of the month at the Palmer Street Bottle | 7pm | Free
Third Tuesday of the month at the Archangel | 7pm | Free
BYOB is our social reading group for people aged 18-35. Bring your own book and enjoy reading in the company of others. Meet us at the shop from 6.30pm for a spot of private browsing or head straight over to the venue to start at 7pm. BYOB is great way for bookish young people to connect and make new friends.
